Their King, Duncan knew that he needed a larger army to defeat the Serpent Clan, so he summoned all the villagers in the kingdom to fight. Knowing that the Kingdom will meet its downfall, he made a proclamation to anyone who could save his kingdom will become the heir to the throne. He got no response. That night, a stranger arrived at the castle gates asking for Duncan. His name was Garth. He assured a sure victory by turning the army of men into an army of giants. He asked for no reward but said, "Use this wisely and you shall be victorious. Put it into misuse, and your men shall return to the dust they came from." The Serpent Clan made its move on Heidi's kingdom. No one in that clan survived, and Heidi's Kingdom claimed victory. Obsessed with that victory, Duncan ordered that all other Kingdoms and clans should be destroyed. One by one, the opposing kingdoms were defeated. Garth then reappeared to remind them of the consequences they will have to take if they carry on like that. Duncan didn't listen. He was still confident that he would still triumph. Garth laid a curse on the Kingdom saying that in their next battle, they will fight against the Ministry of Fire and shall be defeated. Duncan still remained confident about their next battle. Heidi's Kingdom traveled through the deserts and climbed several mountains hoping for another victory. King Duncan built a fortress when they reached a certain distance near the Ministry of Fire's fort. Two days after, they attacked with full force. This was the bloodiest battle ever seen. It looked like another victory for Heidi's Kingdom. The Ministry's leader unleashed its power and turned his remaining army into dragons. Both Heidi's Kingdom and Ministry of Fire perished. With their remains, Garth built a temple. Heidi's Kingdom finally met its end. |
